The 32-year-old man constructed a 200 megawatts mini hydroelectric power plant. Ogar who is a graduate of electronic and computer technology built the power plant in Boki local government area, Cross River state. The genius constructed the plant with locally sourced materials. It was gathered that the hydro-electric plant would convert the kinetic energy of flowing stream water into electrical energy.

"When the turbine spins so does the electromagnetic field convert this mechanical energy into electric energy" he said and continue, "the flow rate of the stream water is low, because it’s not a dam or water fall, this is a small stream with low flowing water, Yet I was able to convert it to bring Pressure and fall like a dam."
The hydro-electric power plant is being used in homes and for businesses around Wula community in Mgbaeshuo village. It was gathered that the 32-year-old genius urged the government to help him with his project. He plans to build another power plant that would serve the entire local government and senatorial zone in his village.
